About Erick J Arnett

Erick and his team are experienced independent investment and tax advisors who have been helping individuals, families, and business owners for over 20 years. They work to help clients pursue their financial goals and work toward financial freedom.

Erick is most proud of his military service and the values, ethics, and principles he learned as a soldier serving his country. He chose the name Take Point Wealth Management to honor fallen comrades and the soldiers and leaders still serving today.

Erick feels a sense of duty to help protect those around him. He and his team believe in helping clients pursue financial freedom by taking point and leading retirees into retirement.

Erick has an extensive background in retirement planning, financial planning, 401(k) analysis, portfolio management, tax planning, asset allocation, trust management, and wealth strategies.

About Jacob Arnett

Jacob is the lead insurance agent for Take Point Health, specializing in Medicare, Long Term Care, Annuities, and more. He is licensed across the southeast and is passionate about assisting his clients prepare for the future.

Before joining the Take Point team, Jacob was a Financial Planner at Henssler Financial, a Registered Investment Advisory firm in Kennesaw, GA with $3 billion under management. Jacob was directly responsible for meeting with new and existing clients, creating financial plans, and actively trading accounts.

Jacob was a professional golfer prior to entering the finance industry. He competed on various tours across the U.S., tallying up multiple wins and top finishes. He was a 3-time All American and 2-time Academic All American at Oglethorpe University, where he graduated with a B.S. in Economics. He currently resides in the Atlanta, GA area with his wife, Hailey.

About Tracy MacLean

Tracy MacLean is a Client Service Manager at Take Point Wealth in Spring Hill, Florida.

In addition, Tracy is also the owner of FLCRAC (Florida Community Resource Action Center). Tracy formed this consulting and administrative support business in 2023 to assist small businesses and nonprofits. One of Tracy’s passions is financial literacy. Tracy provides financial literacy to small businesses and individuals to help her community become financially stable.

Tracy spent 10 years in the Community Development Department within the Banking industry, working for Both PNC and Truist banks. Tracy has extensive knowledge of the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) and continues to provide connections and support to nonprofits. Tracy holds an FL-Life, Health, and Variable Annuity Insurance license.

Tracy has participated on many boards throughout the West Florida footprint and continues to participate in local community activities.

About Randy Woodruff

Randy serves as a board member for Chapters Health Systems, Brooksville Housing Authority, HPH Hospice and Foundation, Greater Hernando County Chamber of Commerce, HCA-Oak Hill Hospital, Hernando Builders Association, Hernando Progress, Capital City Bank, and has supported countless political candidates at the local, state and national levels over the last twenty years in fundraising efforts and as campaign treasurer.

About Mark DiOrio, CFA

Mark DiOrio joined Brookstone as the Chief Investment Officer in 2015. In his role, he leads the firm’s investment committee and drives the firm’s investment policy, framework, and portfolio construction methodology. He oversees the portfolio strategy group that provides recommendations on strategic and tactical portfolio design. Mark directs research on external managers and develops internal strategies. He produces and presents content for advisor training, a weekly Market Watch update, and the firm’s quarterly market reports. Prior to joining Brookstone, he was responsible for launching and managing a boutique investment subsidiary of a publicly traded regional bank holding company. While there, Mark ran a global tactical asset allocation strategy and accumulated an 8 year GIPS® compliant track record. Mark has nearly 20 years of investment industry experience, including 10 years of multi-asset class portfolio management. He has been featured in Investor’s Business Daily and quoted in the Wall Street Journal. Mark received his MBA from Benedictine University, his BA from Eastern Illinois University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). Mark is a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Chicago.

About Chris Seats

Chris Seats leads our Retirement Income Division. Chris is the President of V2 Financial Marketing, and has been working in the financial services Industry for over 17 years. Chris and his team are responsible for the proper wholesale distribution of more than $260+MM in Fixed Indexed Annuities Annually. Chris graduated from KSU in 2004, and immediately went to work for a Financial Marketing Organization, eventually becoming the President of V2 Financial. Chris has been published through Producers Web, Insurance News Net, and other top news outlets in the industry. Since 2010, he has been an active member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) as well as other prestigious groups. Chris’s expert advice has been sought by thousands of clients and agents around the country and has personally brokered over $1.2 billion in total annuity sales. Chris consistently seeks the best for his advisors and their clients, he regularly attends seminars and meetings to learn more about the industry and what he can offer.
